Glen Echo Park Rental Rates
Glen Echo Park rates are per day, unless special arrangements have been made with ATMTC for your group. See notes below about what is included in rental.

*Large Rehearsal Space is the largest area of the rehearsal room when the dividing wall is set up, also referred to as the “Blue room”. Use of upright piano is an additional $25 charge.
**Small Rehearsal Space is the smaller of the two rehearsal rooms when the dividing wall is set up, also referred to as the “Yellow Room”. Use of upright piano is an additional $25 charge.
Rental of Stage includes:

Dressing rooms and the lobby area. |

One (1) ATMTC approved technician to provide light and sound support. |
- |
Five (5) lighting looks. |
- |
Microphones and more extensive sound & light will incur additional costs. |
- |
If renting the stage while an ATMTC show is running, renters are not allowed to move lighting and adjust sets. |
- |
ATMTC spaces must be returned to their original state upon your departure |

Additional Information:

All fees includes use of bathrooms, tables, chairs, and an ATMTC representative on site for assistance. |

Additional needs and details must be specified in the rental contract. |

Not-for-profits receive a 10% discount (with proper documentation.) |
- |
Renters will be provided existing light plot, photos and ground plans of the sets, a map of the administrative space, directions to the theatre, parking information, etc. |
- |
A non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of application. |
- |
Final payment is due two (2) weeks before the scheduled event. |
- |
Renters may advertise their event after full rental agreement is signed and 50% of the rental fee is paid. |
- |
A site visit must be scheduled by the renters. |
- |
Because of our relationship with the National Park Service, all renters programming is subject to approval by ATMTC Staff. |
Online Ticketing System Rental Information:
Renters may want to consider using ATMTC’s web-based ticketing service. If so:

ATMTC Staff can set up your ticketing needs. |
- |
ATMTC Staff will provide you with a link that can be used as needed. |
- |
ATMTC will reimburse you with a check for the full ticket sales, minus the service charge (variable depending on event/ticket pricing structure) and provide you with a sales report. (Please allow three (3) weeks for reconciliation.) |
- |
ATMTC will keep the service charge. |
- |
ATMTC will keep the mailing list of all ticket purchases. Renters may request a copy of the mailing list. |
- |
Renters cannot use box office, but will be given a table and chairs to make a make shift box office in the lobby. |
