Summer Programs Elementary

WHAT TO BRING

• A pencil
• Script/score (issued early in summer camp)
• A water bottle
• Sunscreen if needed
• An additional layer based on the day’s weather
• Close-toed shoes and clothing that easily allows for full range of movement
• A pre-packed lunch and afternoon snack that does not require refrigeration. Due to special dietary restrictions and food allergies, ATMTC will no longer be able to provide an afternoon snack.
  *Please do not pack lunches or snacks that include peanut butter or any other nut products.

Note: Students will be asked, on occasion, to provide additional personal items such as tights, shoes, pants, etc. for use as a costume piece.

Medications

• Medications needed during the camp day MUST BE able to be self administered (excluding emergency rescue meds like Epi-pens), or will need to be administered by a parent or authorized adult. (Campers who can swallow a pill themselves under SPM supervision are considered self administering.)
• If your child will need to self-administer medication during the camp day, please fill out the Medication Authorization form below and send it back to registrar@adventuretheatre-mtc.org for our records. Please note it will need a physician or NP signature.
• Medication MUST BE IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Original labeled pill bottles should be placed in a baggy with the child’s name clearly labeled. More information on medication requirements can be found on the form below.
