Parent Circle

Adventure Theatre MTC is was founded by a group of parents in 1951 who wanted to share meaningful and engaging arts experiences with their families. Now, nearly 75 years later, parents and families in our community are the backbone of support for ATMTC.

The Parent Circle is an exclusive group of up to 50 families who believe in the power of theatre and arts education to build community, empathy, accessibility, confidence, creativity, and connection in our young people.

Parents, caregivers, and guardians who join the Circle make an annual gift to actively support the mission of Adventure Theatre MTC to educate and inspire new generations of artists and audiences, and in turn will receive invitations to exclusive family events for circle members.

Benefits

The Parent Circle is an annual program. 

  • VIP Opening Party: Exclusive family tickets to the catered Parent Circle VIP matinee performance (1st Sunday at 2pm) for each production which includes a kid-friendly post-show activity.
  • Recognition: Your family name featured in playbills, lobby displays, and donor publications.
  • Insider Access: Invitations to special events and rehearsals.
  • Priority Access: Early registration for Academy classes, and camps. Additionally, early purchase options for student productions. 
  • Legacy Recognition for founding members and access to naming rights for future improvements.
  • Exclusive Updates: Quarterly news and insight from ATMTC, including an annual Parent Circle Breakfast with leadership

The Responsibilities of a Parent Circle Member

As our closest and most active patrons, you too have a role to play in the spotlight! 

  • Annual Contribution: $1,500+ (renewed each fiscal year).
  • Engagement Opportunities:
    • Participate in quarterly Parent Circle meetings to provide input on Adventure Theatre MTC programming, outreach, and engagement.
    • Support one of ATMTC’s major fundraising initiatives each year (e.g., a Scholarship Funds, House Party, Cabaret for a Cause, or 75th Anniversary Gala).
    • Serve as an ambassador family by promoting ATMTC’s mission and events within your school, neighborhood, or social network.
