At Adventure Theatre MTC, volunteering means more than just helping out — it means being part of the creative process. While we don’t typically have roles for untrained, drop-in volunteers, we warmly welcome individuals who have specific skills to share with us or a genuine interest in developing them. We’re happy to provide training and mentorship so volunteers can gain confidence, build expertise, and make a real impact in the areas they support.
Serving on the Adventure Theatre MTC Board of Directors offers adults the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people through leadership, advocacy, and strategic guidance. Board members partner with staff and fellow trustees to help steward the organization’s mission, strengthen financial sustainability, and expand community reach—particularly through fundraising and ambassadorship. By sharing professional expertise, networks, and a commitment to access and excellence in the arts, Board members play a vital role in ensuring that Adventure Theatre MTC continues to inspire creativity, empathy, and confidence in the next generation. Parents, caregivers, and guardians who join the Parent Circle make an annual gift to actively support the mission of Adventure Theatre MTC to educate and inspire new generations of artists and audiences, and in turn will receive invitations to exclusive family events for circle members. Adventure always accepts professional or semi-professional volunteer offers for photography, videography, event planning, leadership, mentoring services, social media assistance, and more!
